The Eco-Eye Solo is an additional electricity monitor display designed to work with the Eco-Eye Elite or Eco-Eye Mini. No transmitter or sensor is included in the box so you will need to own either an Elite or a Mini before it can be used but it allows you the opportunity to have a monitor in two or more places, thereby making you doubly aware of your electricity usage. The more reminders you have of the energy you are using, the more likely you are to try to reduce it! By purchasing the Eco-Eye Solo, you also have the option of setting different displays on different units, one could display kilowatts, one the monetary cost, another greenhouse gas emissions (CO2).
The Eco-Eye Solo has a full range of functions that makes it highly competitive in the field of real-time electricity monitoring. It is very simple to use and comes configured from the factory with UK settings. Functionally and looks wise, it is the same as the Eco-Eye Mini so displays details of current and historical electricity usage in either kilowatts or monetary cost, acting as a constant visual reminder to turn off appliances and save energy. It also displays your greenhouse gas emissions allowing you to improve your carbon footprint.
The Solo receives the same signal as the Eco-Eye Elite or Eco-Eye Mini displays, so one of these must be purchased as well.
