The Efergy Standby Eliminator enables you to say goodbye to standby. The eSocket allows you to turn your equipment off completely using your remote control.
The Efergy Standby Eliminator is an easy to use plug in device that will completely remove the power to anything it’s connected to. This could be either to a single appliance or via an extension lead to a set of audio-visual equipment. Any standby on the equipment is eliminated instantly saving you money.
The Efergy Standby Eliminator Plug-in is plugged into a 13A mains socket and the device to be controlled is plugged into the unit. The ‘Off’ or any other button on and IR remote control is then learnt by the standby eliminator. A short time after it sees the IR command, power is turned off to the device. When it sees it again, power is turned back on.
