Shipping

Monday to Friday, orders are generally shipped the same day. There is no charge for standard delivery on any of our products. We will generally use Royal Mail for lower value items or a courier service (currently DHL) for higher value items and multiple quantity orders.

You have the option to upgrade any shipment to either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier if you require it faster. We will use both interchangably depending on how many parcels we have to send so if you require a specific service, please state in the shipping notes.

If you select free delivery, items will be sent out either first or second class post or courier, depending on what has been ordered. You have the option to pick a particular service at extra charge.

Special Delivery usually delivers to residential addresses on a Saturday. If you require a definate Saturday delivery, please get in touch.

The cut off time for DHL orders is 11:00.
The cut off time for Royal Mail is 14:00.

Orders placed after these times will be dispatched the next working day, or occasionally on a Saturday if we are passing the Post Office.

We are in internet based business so we do not allow collections or personal callers as our stock is held in several locations. If your delivery address is very close to our dispatch address, we may be able to deliver the goods by hand. This service is at our discretion.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Notes

Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of parcels the next working day. We find this does tend to happen.

They may also occasionally 'lose' items. If you have not received a parcel, it is best to contact you local delevery office first as we have had several occasions where cards have not been left and the parcel is eventually returned to us as undelivered. Please wait at least 10 days before requesting a replacement.

We obtain certificates of posting / signed for records for all items we send out.
